Airports you serve

Sell transfers to and from the airports you work, each one switched on by itself.

Airport transfers are sold per airport, not per city. A big city can have two airports, and you may work only one of them. A smaller airport near your city may be part of your work even if you do not sell in its town.

So airports have their own list, under your cities on Where you sell. They are not a switch in What you sell.

Add an airport

Search by name, city or code and click the airport. It arrives Off, with no prices. An airport with no prices takes no bookings.

Price it

Each airport has its own rate card. You price it By place (a fixed fare to each area) or By distance (a fare from the terminal). Lesson 5.6 explains both.

The places an airport card prices are listed under Places you cover that no city collects from. Most of them are the guest's end of an airport trip.

Live

You can turn Live on once the airport has a published card. Then guests see it on your site straight away. Turn it off to stop selling transfers there. Your prices and bookings are kept.

An airport with prices cannot be removed, only switched off.

Do it

  1. Open Sell, then Where you sell.
  2. Under Airports you serve, click Add airport, search and click it.
  3. Click Set prices for this airport. It opens its rate card.
  4. Fill in the prices and click Publish.
  5. Back on Where you sell, turn on Live for the airport.

Common questions

The Live switch is grey.

The airport has no published prices yet. The line under it says "No prices yet" or "Priced, but not published yet or not started yet".

My airport is not in the list.

Tell us, and we add it.

Do I need the airport's city as well?

No. You can sell transfers at an airport without selling other trips in its city.
