Paid at the end

Know what the driver collects after the trip, and where the guest was told about it.

The price on your site is for the trip the guest asked for. Some costs only show up on the road. Nobody knows them when the guest books. So the driver settles them when the trip ends.

The guest is told before they book. Every price on your site has a Not included list, and each of these costs is on it, with your rate.

A one way has no extra km to collect. The fare covers the whole drive, however long it turns out to be. The return drive is not in a one way fare, and the guest is told that too.

Night driving

The Night charge is in the price once, when the pickup is in your night hours. If the pickup is in the day, the guest sees the night charge under Not included, with your night hours.

A long round trip can drive at night again later. The site does not add that night, and does not list it. Agree it with the guest on the call, and the driver collects it at the end.

How the fare adds up

Sedan with two packages: 4 hours / 40 km at ₹1,400, and 8 hours / 80 km at ₹2,400. Extra hour ₹250, Extra km ₹14.

The guest sees both and picks the 8-hour one:

Sedan, 8 hours and 80 km₹2,400
Total₹2,400

The guest keeps the car 10 hours and drives 95 km. When the trip ends, the driver collects:

2 extra hours at ₹250₹500
15 extra km at ₹14₹210
Paid to the driver₹710

Make it easy for the driver

  • Set every rate on the card, even the ones that are never in the price. The guest reads them before booking, so the driver is not the first to say them.
  • Tell the driver your rates. The driver collects them, so they should know them.
  • Ask for the cash or a payment before the guest leaves the car.

Common questions

Can the site charge extra hours up front?

No. Nobody knows them yet. An hourly guest who wants more time picks a longer package.

Where does the guest see these?

Under Not included, beside each car's price, before they book.

Can I add my own extra charge?

Type it in Your own note, at the bottom of the card. It shows under Not included too. It is not added to the price.
