Point to point and local tour rate cards
Price one drop across town, or a loop of stops, by distance.
Both are trips inside your city, priced the same way: a fare that covers some distance, then a price per km after that. A local tour adds waiting at the stops.
Point to point
One drop across town, from one address to another. Guests see it as {guest_p2p}.

The fare = Base fare + Beyond that × the km past Covers.
You can leave Base fare at 0 and charge only by distance.
Local tour
A start, one to six stops, and a drop. The guest chooses how long the car waits. Guests see it as Local sightseeing.

The fare = Fare + Beyond that × the km past Covers + Waiting × the hours past Free waiting.
The distance is the whole loop: start, each stop, the drop, and the drive back to the start if the drop is somewhere else.
How the fare adds up
Point to point. Sedan: ₹400 covers 10 km, ₹18 a km after. A 22.4 km drop:
The line shows the distance in whole km. The price uses the exact distance, then rounds to the whole unit of your currency.
Local tour. Sedan: ₹1,500 covers 60 km, ₹16 a km after, waiting ₹200 an hour, 1 hour free. A 78 km loop with 3 hours of waiting:
Limits
Both stay inside the city. The pickup must be within 75 km (47 miles) of the city centre, and the trip at most 150 km (93 miles). Further than that, the guest is asked to send an enquiry: it is an intercity trip.
Paid at the end
If the car waits longer than the guest chose, or a tour runs past the planned stops, the driver settles the difference at your Waiting and Beyond that prices.
Do it
- Open Sell, then Rate cards, and pick Point to point or Local tour for the city.
- For each car, fill in the fare, Covers and Beyond that. For a local tour, also Waiting, Free waiting and Most stops.
- Click Publish.
